General Questions:

1. How many users/visitors can I add to my Sign-In Sheet?
You can add as many users/visitors as you want!

2. Can I customize my Sign-In Sheet?
Yes. You can add your own logo and background image. Also, you can create multiple custom fields, in addition to name, email and phone number. You can customize your Sign-In Sheet on the Application Settings page.

3. How do I enable/disable Sign-In Sheet fields?
To enable/disable fields, go to the Digital Sign-In Application Settings > Form Fields. You can check/uncheck the enabled box to enable/disable the fields. Disabled fields will not appear on the iPad application.

4. How can I make Sign-In Sheet fields required?
To make the fields required, go to Digital Sign-In Application Setting > Form Fields and click the Required checkbox for those fields you wish to set as required.

5. Can I use it without a wifi connection?
No. Currently our application and website require an Internet connection.

6. Who will be able to see the collected data?
We will never share your data with anyone else. We take data security and privacy very seriously.

7. What are the requirements to use the Digital Sign-In App?
You will need an iPad 2 or newer running iOS 7 and up.

Data:

1. How can I export the visitor/user data from Digital Sign in to our website?
When you are logged in, there is a PDF link on the top of the Sign-In Sheet page. Click that to download the PDF version of your daily visitor report.

2. How long will data stay in our server?
We will store your data for 30 days. If you need your user’s data for more than 30 days, we recommend downloading a PDF version and saving it to your local computer.

Payment:

1. When can I renew my subscription?
You will see a link under Your Plan on your profile page one week before the expiration date. When you click this link, you can either renew your subscription or change your payment plan.

2. What happens if I do not pay for my subscription?
You won’t be able to use our iPad application, but you can still log in to your account on our website.
